Innovate Care is a growing company specialising in the service, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment used in hospitals, aged care, and community care settings.
We're now seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our friendly and supportive team based in Boronia, VIC.

What you'll do:

Assist in servicing, repairing, and installing medical and mobility equipment.

Work alongside experienced technicians to complete jobs on-site in hospitals, aged care, and community care settings.

Help maintain accurate records of completed jobs and service reports.

Support the team with equipment checks and workshop tasks at our Boronia base.

Travel to customer sites around Victoria (training and support provided).

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a keen interest in mechanics, electronics, or a related technical field.

Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work.

Has good communication skills and can work well with others.

Is comfortable working around vulnerable people in healthcare settings.

Is well-presented, organised, and takes pride in their work.

Requirements:

A current Victorian driver’s licence (or working towards it).

Willingness to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and vaccinations (flu and COVID-19).

Previous experience is not essential – full training and mentoring will be provided.
