Our client is a bold, strategy-led creative agency delivering standout branding and digital content projects across a diverse range of sectors. They’ve built an impressive body of work and a strong project pipeline - with very little focus on outbound sales to date - creating a significant opportunity to scale and formalise their sales function.

They’re now looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Director to lead that charge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound sales strategy
• Oversee inbound lead flow and build a scalable team
• Collaborate across departments to enhance client results
• Manage proposals, CRM systems, and revenue growth
• Travel interstate (Melbourne, Brisbane) monthly

About You:

• 8–15+ years in sales roles (branding, digital, or other creative backgrounds preferred)
• Proven record of revenue growth and outbound strategy success
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Entrepreneurial energy and commercial sharpness

On Offer:

• Base salary $150K–$200K + commissions (OTE $300K–$400K+)
