About the role

Falcon Dental Studios' is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Woolloongabba, QLD. This is a part-time role that will play a crucial part in supporting our dentists and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring the dental operatory is clean and prepared

Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Greeting patients, completing admissions paperwork, and scheduling appointments

Providing patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Maintaining detailed patient records and updating electronic dental charts

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications and experience as a Dental Assistant

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

Proficiency in using dental software and digital technologies

A caring and empathetic attitude towards patient comfort and wellbeing
