Belayr Resources is currently seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to support our client in the mining sector. This is a FIFO opportunity from Sydney or Brisbane to a long-term underground mining project based in Cobar, NSW.

You will work closely with planning and maintenance teams to ensure data quality, system accuracy, and asset reliability across all electrical and operational master data.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP master data for assets, plants, and operations
• Develop and audit maintenance master data including plans, task lists, and items
• Drive maintenance program change management and scheduling accuracy
• Implement validation standards and automated checks to reduce manual errors
• Partner with technical and business teams to resolve data issues
• Support data governance, integrity, and compliance initiatives
• Participate in special projects focused on data cleansing and optimisation
• Generate and maintain reports to support asset management performance

✅ About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience in SAP Master Data, particularly Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Deep understanding of maintenance planning & scheduling principles
• Knowledge of materials management and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and auditing skills
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic work environments
