Ready to join a crew that gets it? Mader is chasing high level Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitters to power our Specialist Services team across the Bowen Basin. From breakdowns and shutdowns to field service challenges, this is a role for those who know their gear and take pride in getting the job done right the first time.

This isn’t your average toolbox gig. You’ll work across a variety of OEM equipment diggers, drills, trucks, dozers, graders and more with the support of a company that values your time, your skill, and your career.

7/7 lifestyle roster, or mix it up with 2/1, 3/1, or shutdown coverage

Paid travel up to 4 hours (site dependent)

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnosing, fault-finding, and repairing major OEM gear

Hands-on work with CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Terex, Sandvik, Epiroc & more

Supporting mine sites with breakdown, shutdown & field service tasks

Delivering safe, reliable work and strong customer support

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent)

5+ years in heavy equipment (OEM or mining industry)

Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills

Safety first mindset and solid work ethic

C-Class Licence (minimum)

Proof of working rights for Australia (birth certificate, passport or visa)
