The Role:
As a Credit Analyst / Customer Success Manager, your focus will be to drive efficiency and elevate the client experience across commercial deals. You’ll support the lead broker by:
Structuring and processing commercial transactions from start to finish
Managing client relationships and touchpoints throughout the loan lifecycle
Identifying workflow improvements and delivering operational excellence
Helping alleviate broker workload while keeping turnaround times sharp and communication strong
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a brokerage or bank, preferably with exposure to commercial finance
Strong credit understanding, with the confidence to assess, structure, and escalate scenarios
Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented — familiar with CRM systems and end-to-end loan processes
Culturally aligned — someone who adds value to the team and clients, and who’s eager to be part of something growing

The team of six operates from a dedicated home office in Ballajura (relocation to commercial premises planned within 12 months due to growth).

Location & Work Setup:
Based in Ballajura, WA (15 mins from Perth CBD)
Full-time position, with in-office presence preferred (WFH flexibility possible short-term)
Interviews will assess both technical skill and cultural fit; practical scenario-based testing may be included
