Your New Role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
- Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
- Assisting with facility accounts
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
About You
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Previous administrative and rostering experience
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
- Have a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain
- Full work rights (sorry, no visa sponsorship available)
