Boost My Business is a digital marketing company that helps businesses across Australia and New Zealand with their online journey. We are taking the business to the next level by opening a new call centre for lead generation and appointment setting for our team of experienced representatives to close either by Zoom or Face to Face.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Make outbound calls to existing and prospective business clients and build rapport in a professional manner.

· Secure further engagement, meetings and presentations for the sales team.

· Attention to detail by maintaining the CRM ensuring that all new entries are of an excellent standard

· Represent the company professionally, knowledgeably and with credibility.

· Report to manager and have a clear feedback loop at all times.

About You:

· No experience needed, just a keen and eager attitude

· Ability to think on your feet.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Ability to manage time effectively.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
