With a new $45M multi-residential development in Canberra, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the project from start to finish.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle—from early planning and procurement through to final handover. You’ll manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Your ability to lead a team, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain a focus on quality and compliance will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from concept to completion
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, programming, and procurement
• Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor project performance, cost control, and risk mitigation
• Engage with stakeholders, clients, and consultants professionally and proactively
• Lead site meetings, reporting, and communication with internal management

About You

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multi-residential construction
• Previous experience delivering apartment or mixed-use developments is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, financial, and contract administration skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Strong understanding of Australian construction codes and standards
