About the Role:

These full-time temporary HR Advisor roles are based in Brisbane’s CBD, typically offered as six-month contracts with potential extensions. Hourly rates range from $50 to $70 plus super, depending on experience.

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in these roles, you will ideally bring:

• HR Experience: Prior experience in HR advisory, generalist HR support, or recruitment coordination within government or large organisations;
• Understanding of HR Processes: Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislation;
• Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to provide advice and support to managers and employees in a confident and professional manner;
• System Proficiency: Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite;
• Adaptability: Capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes;
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Team-Focused Approach: A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team outcomes.
