About the role

Textor Technologies' is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tullamarine, Victoria. As a full-time Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our state-of-the-art production facilities.

What you'll be doing

Analysing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality

Identifying and implementing process optimisation solutions to address operational challenges

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new manufacturing technologies and systems

Conducting process audits and developing corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies

Providing technical support and troubleshooting to production teams to resolve issues and minimise downtime

Gathering and analysing data to generate insightful reports and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements

Participating in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment

Proficient in process design, optimisation, and problem-solving techniques

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with process control systems, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles

Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and data analysis tools

Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
