At Haven Property, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Property Manager who thrives on diversity, enjoys supporting a strong team, and wants to be actively involved in the growth of the business.

What Makes This Role Different:
In addition to managing your portfolio, this role gives you the opportunity to assist with Business Development — supporting the leasing and onboarding of new properties and ensuring smooth handover into management. You’ll also work alongside two experienced Property Managers, contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Advertising and leasing properties

Conducting open homes and private viewings

Processing applications and preparing lease agreements

Entry and exit condition reports

Routine inspections and tenant management

Providing assistance across the team when needed

Being an active part of Haven’s continued growth and success

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of Property Management experience

QLD Certificate of Registration

Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills

A team-first attitude and proactive mindset

Passion for real estate and a desire to grow with a business
