Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Managing arrears and lease renewals
• Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections
• Attending QCAT/troubleshooting, where required
• General administration and reporting
• Rent reviews and legislative compliance

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in property management
• QLD Certificate of Registration (or in progress)
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• A genuine passion for the real estate industry
