What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that our customers connect with, helping with:

Answering customer questions and offering product advice (don’t worry, we’ll train you)

Processing orders, invoices and quotes

Supporting with stock management and picking orders

Keeping things running smoothly with general admin tasks

Building great relationships with our customers through helpful service and support
