What you’ll do:
• Proactively follow up on quoted leads to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Engage with prospects professionally, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Overcome objections and apply persuasive techniques to secure sales.
• Escalate complex opportunities to Sales Consultants, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot).
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise conversion rates and hit team targets.
What you bring:
• 3+ years in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resilience and motivation to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot experience ideal).
