About Us:
Esteria is a stylish and welcoming café-restaurant located in the heart of Watsons Bay, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with beautiful waterfront views. We focus on Italian and French-style cuisine, seasonal menus, fresh ingredients, and high-quality service.

We’re looking for a skilled and creative chef who can:

Professionally prepare and cook high-quality steaks

Manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

Collaborate on menu planning (with an Italian and French focus) and food cost control

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation

Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menu development

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role

Proven skills in cooking steak, breakfast, and Mediterranean-style dishes

Reliable, organised, creative, and responsible

Able to work both independently and as part of a small team

Fluent in English (Persian is a bonus but not required)

No sponsorship available – applicants must hold a valid working visa or permanent residency

Schedule:

Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Dinner service: Friday and Saturday evenings only

Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed

Open to full-time or part-time arrangements
