NetSuite Systems Specialist | Finance Technology | 6-Month Contract | ~$150,000 salary

We’re partnering with a dynamic, growth-focused business undergoing a multi-entity NetSuite implementation following a recent merger. This hands-on contract role is perfect for a NetSuite expert passionate about system migrations, reporting automation, and driving finance process optimisation.

Your Impact:
Lead the configuration and validation of NetSuite reports, manage the migration from MYOB to NetSuite across multiple entities, and optimise workflows for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate directly with CFO, Group Finance, and operational teams to embed best-practice finance workflows and train end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deliver customised NetSuite financial reports
  • Manage dual-system operations and seamless NetSuite cutover
  • Lead multi-entity MYOB to NetSuite migration
  • Collaborate on fixed assets, inventory, leasing, and capital works reporting
  • Train finance and non-finance users in NetSuite functionality
  • Work with external implementation partners across Australia and overseas
  • Support management reporting, cash flow, and compliance requirements

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in NetSuite implementation and optimisation
  • Experience migrating from MYOB or similar ERP systems in multi-entity environments
  • Strong finance and accounting knowledge (fixed assets, inventory, WIP)
  • Comfortable operating in multi-currency, multi-country setups
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
  • Ability to bridge technical and operational teams
