As our business grows, so do opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands on finance manager, who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a standalone, hands-on role, we see this business unit function growing rapidly, providing opportunities for growth as you lead the development of this finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and inter-company transactions
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting with clear, insightful commentary on performance and variances
  • Manage cash flow, including weekly forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare board packs with financial analysis and insights
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in all statutory and financial reporting requirements

About YOU:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance and/or accounting role
  • A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels
  • Commercial acumen and sound judgment in financial decision-making
