As our business grows, so do opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands on finance manager, who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a standalone, hands-on role, we see this business unit function growing rapidly, providing opportunities for growth as you lead the development of this finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and inter-company transactions
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting with clear, insightful commentary on performance and variances
- Manage cash flow, including weekly forecasting and reporting
- Prepare board packs with financial analysis and insights
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in all statutory and financial reporting requirements
About YOU:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance and/or accounting role
- A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in management accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels
- Commercial acumen and sound judgment in financial decision-making
