We're looking for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in managing and enhancing our fund's financial performance and governance. This role offers broad exposure to both technical accounting and commercial strategy within a dynamic investment environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering accurate monthly management reports with detailed performance commentary, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Managing complex technical accounting areas including consolidations, acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture arrangements.

Drafting technical accounting position papers on matters such as valuations, leasing, and financial instruments.

Overseeing all audit processes for the listed fund and liaising with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Reviewing and submitting BAS and ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and obligations.

Leading the development and enhancement of accounting policies, particularly in the areas of property and trust structures.

Assessing and structuring joint ventures and SPVs to align with commercial and strategic goals.

Preparing quarterly board reports and offering strategic financial insights to investors and senior leadership.

Monitoring debt covenants and advising on compliance and financial impact.

Strengthening financial governance through the design and implementation of robust internal controls and procedures.

Providing expert guidance on group consolidations and statutory reporting processes.

Coordinating budgeting and forecasting in partnership with key stakeholders.

Performing financial analysis for assigned portfolios and delivering actionable insights to drive performance.
