Take the Lead in Commercial Relocations

Grace Workplace Solutions, the commercial moving division of Grace Group, is currently seeking a Commercial Team Leader. This is a hands-on role leading teams of Commercial Removalists, Packers, and Drivers across a variety of client sites. You will play a key role in delivering seamless relocation outcomes and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

This is a varied role requiring travel to different locations each day. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating staff, and maintaining Grace’s high standards in workplace relocations and project logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise relocation teams on commercial moves and project logistics jobs

Act as the primary on-site contact, ensuring clear communication with clients

Allocate vehicles, equipment, and responsibilities to team members

Uphold and enforce safety and WHS compliance across all worksites

Complete job documentation, inventory checks, and condition reports

Support and coach team members to uphold service and performance standards

Perform physical work including lifting, loading, and handling commercial equipment and furniture

For success you will

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated

Physically fit – lifting and physical exertion is a core part of the role

Neat and professional presentation

Current driver’s licence (car licence minimum)

Previous experience in removals or logistics is highly regarded
