Reporting to the General Manager, you will be offering our luxury bedding products that are backed by a full 21-year guarantee, supported by a reputable and successful company established since 1955.

Building relationships with clients using a consultative approach.

Providing sound product knowledge to customers.

Capable of independently managing the showroom in a highly autonomous role.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant must have the ability to self motivate and work in our premium showroom independently. Being an autonomous role, having sales experience with high-ticket items is preferred, however not essential. This role will allow you to extend your existing sales experience while best suiting an individual who enjoys the challenges and rewards of delivering on company and personal goals.

Previous retail and sales experience essential, with sales of high-ticket items highly regarded.

Comfortable using computer systems and Customer Relationship Management software to support the completion of follow up tasks, emailing quotes, sales and customer engagement activities.

A personable character with the ability to relate to our discerning clients.

Confident and professional phone manner, with the willingness to conduct telephone consultations following our unique and proven discovery approach.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Experience building relationships with clients using a consultative approach.

Self motivated with exceptional time management skills and high attention to detail.

Passion for exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring that high quality standards are consistently maintained.

Ability to work independently and autonomously.

Positive 'can do' attitude with high energy, drive and enthusiasm, with the willingness to do whatever it takes.

Desire to work with a luxury, high quality product backed up by a reputable and successful company established since 1955.

Flexibility to work weekends.
