Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead from the front. Owning every aspect of the guest experience, setting the standard for excellence, and elevating service from great to unforgettable. You’ll be hands on, present during key service periods, and right there alongside your team ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

You’ll also:

Build and lead a high performing team that thrives on collaboration, development, and positivity.

Create a strong service culture through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Manage day to day operations: from smart rostering to cost control, stock ordering, supplier relations, and P&L oversight.

Drive revenue with strong F&B knowledge, upselling strategies, and flawless execution.

Champion compliance and best practices in safety, licensing, and food hygiene.

What we’re looking for:

A dynamic leader with prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or a seasoned Supervisor ready for the next step.

Someone who thrives in a fast paced, customer-first environment.

A hospitality pro who loves being on the floor, engaging with guests, and bringing energy to every shift.

Confident with backend operations: rostering, ordering, stocktaking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
