What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Senior Manager Regulatory Compliance this role will be responsible for:
Guide and mentor investigators on complex electoral compliance matters, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach.
Building and maintaining strong internal relationships and supporting the Senior Manager with referrals to external enforcement and integrity agencies.
Contributing to the direction of the VEC's electoral compliance function in accordance with strategic objectives and functional planning.
What you will bring to the role
Relevant qualifications and/or training to a minimum standard of the Certificate IV in Government Investigations (or equivalent) and at least 5 years' experience as an investigator and in a law enforcement or regulatory compliance environment.
Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication and reporting skills, including report writing, analysis and briefing.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
Proven expertise in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams in delivering high quality services in a compliance and time-critical environment.
