What you'll be doing

Communicate with tenants and landlords

End to End leasing - including open homes, private inspections, application processing, ingoing inspections

Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports

Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works for properties

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in our property management software

Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships

What we're looking for

Min 1 year experience in a similar property management or leasing role. Could also suit someone with reception or admin experience in real estate.

Experience in Console, IRE and Agentbox preferred, but not necessary

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in using property management software

Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and best practices

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work autonomously

A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Willingness to work rotating Saturdays
