About the Role:

Omnia has a strong national reputation for soil optimisation and sustainable, environmentally conscious agriculture, and is currently seeking to appoint a Logistics Co-Ordinator to ensure efficient, cost-effective logistics and order fulfilment through accurate processing, shipping coordination and communication.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer and internal order processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating shipments with carriers and couriers, balancing cost and deadlines
• Oversee inventory and liaise with 3PL warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels
• Prepare accurate shipping and customs documentation
• Track and report on deliveries using logistics software
• Plan efficient transport routes to reduce time and costs
• Maintain quality control of outgoing goods and packaging
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics
• Resolve issues such as delays, damaged goods, or customs concerns
• Monitor and manage logistics costs while upholding service standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 2-3 years previous experience in a freight or logistics role
• Strong organizational, problem solving, written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with a mix of office based and physical tasks including lifting and stock movement
