About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a capable People & Capability People Partner, someone who brings strong generalist experience, a commercial mindset, and high emotional intelligence to help shape the future of our people function.

Reporting directly to one of our Directors, you’ll be the trusted partner to 7 key stakeholders, driving meaningful work across talent, onboarding, learning, culture and values. This isn’t just a strategy role — it’s an end-to-end position where you’ll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves on the admin, recruitment, and day-to-day, as you are building longer-term frameworks and initiatives.

You’ll be supported by an external HR partner on all things IR/ER. Your focus will be on building out a people function that is values-aligned, performance-led and future-ready.

Key Focus Areas

People Partnership: Work closely with our leaders to get the right people in the right seats, and keep them growing.

End-to-End Talent: Around 20% of your time will be internal recruitment; the rest is all about culture, capability and connection.

Onboarding & Engagement: Own and evolve our onboarding framework to ensure new starters feel connected and set up for success from day one.

Learning & Development: Drive learning goals and support personal growth plans across all roles.

Culture & Performance: Bring our values to life and champion a high-performance, high-care culture across the business.

People Projects: From implementing systems and processes to building capability frameworks and leading engagement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a seasoned People Partner, HRBP or HR Manager who’s been hands-on in a scaling business. You’re not afraid of the doing, and you love the impact that comes from getting the basics right, building trust, and creating people solutions that work in the real world.

You're also someone who:

Has experience across the full employee lifecycle in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Brings emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and a ‘get in and get it done’ mindset.

Can flex between strategy and execution, happy to lead a learning strategy one day, and book a candidate interview the next.

Is passionate about values-led leadership and making workplaces better.
