Luxsmith is a vibrant mod-Asian restaurant, wine bar and event space located in the heart of Seddon. We've been serving up fresh, fun and flavour-packed food for 10 years and have built a solid local following along the way. We're on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead our talented back-of-house team and help shape the next exciting chapter of Luxsmith.

About the Role:

You'll be running the kitchen - leading a small but passionate team, driving quality and creativity, and
helping us deliver consistently great food. We're big on fresh local produce, bold flavours, and keeping
things interesting.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a senior kitchen role
• Strong cooking skills and an eye for detail
• A calm, organised leader who enjoys teaching and mentoring
• Someone who's hands-on, proactive and solution-focused
• Confident with rostering, food costs, and hitting targets
• Passion for Asian flavours and cooking styles
• Available full-time and ready to get stuck in

• Generous salary package: $85,000 - $95,000
