We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who holds their Bachelor of Early Childhood or Equivalent (You must be Qualified).The successful applicant will be required to work 5 days per week, have a passion for working with children, be an enthusiastic individual who loves supporting the discovery of children’s unique personalities. We provide opportunities for critical reflection that is actually heard. You will have the opportunity to be part of a leadership team and have influence into the services Quality Improvement Plan.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development at a high standard.
- Building and maintaining relationships with our amazing children, families, and educators.
- Develop learning programs based on your knowledge of each child, their ideas and developmental goals using the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Implement all guidelines under the NQF and guide less experienced Educators and students.
- Confident in communicating with families
- Ensure a safe, caring and inviting community for everyone to learn love and be accepted.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood as approved by ACECQA.
- Hold a valid Blue Card
- Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
- Have previous experience working in an Early Education and Care service
- Demonstrated ability to document children’s learning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive, caring attitude with a focus on teamwork
- Highly organised with a professional presentation
