What You’ll Do

Be the warm, welcoming face of our practice

Support the Chiropractors to deliver an exceptional client experience

Manage bookings, answer phones, and handle emails and messages

Handle payments, financial agreements, and general office operations

Keep things running calmly and professionally in a busy environment

Engage with our community and help educate practice members on their care

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in reception or admin

A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine love for helping people

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable communicating on the phone, in person, and online

A calm multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting

A shared passion for health, wellness, and creating a supportive community

The Details

Casual role with approx. 15 hours per week

Flexibility to cover extra shifts at our Palmerston practice is appreciated

Must be available to work Shifts:

Tuesday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 7pm

With flexibility to cover extra shifts highly appreciated

Tuesday - Friday, 7:30am - 11:30am

Full training provided in a supportive, wellness-focused team environment
