We are now searching for an organised and enthusiastic Campaign Assistant to join our growing remote team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development of performance-focused creative within the agency.

You will also have the ability to develop your career and digital marketing expertise working closely in a support role with the Agency’s leadership & campaign teams.

About The Campaign Assistant Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Campaign & Creative team members to ideate, brief and optimise performance-focused ad creative across each of our campaigns.

Accordingly, you’ll be responsible for:

Briefing and providing feedback to Creative team members across copy, video, design and landing page development.

Using data-driven analysis to measure creative asset performance to guide the development of future assets

Leading an “always on” approach to competitive research and creative A/B testing across our target industries

General campaign management tasks such as writing copy, editing ads, editing landing pages, uploading creative or tracking assets etc

Collaboration with internal team members (across creative, campaigns and account management) to drive key client outcomes (lead volume and quality)

This role is ideal for someone with an eye for high-performing ad creative and loves seeing their work deliver real, measurable success.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

Proven agency or digital marketing experience and success in a similar role, as we’d like someone who can hit the ground running.

Conceptual understanding of direct response lead generation and digital marketing best practices across Meta, Google, Native, etc. Experience within these platforms would be highly regarded.

The ability to effectively brief and manage internal teams across multiple locations. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.

Confidence operating in a digital-first remote environment utilising tools such as Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Docs

A data-driven mentality with the ability to analyse and interpret data to uncover insights to improve campaign performance.
