About the role
3ME Technology is on the hunt for a dynamic and talented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to tenders, whilst effectively collaborating and communicating across the Company.
The role demands initiative, confidence in sales, negotiation, technical capability, enterprise and commercial focus as it is responsible for actively pursuing new business possibilities, converting leads into purchase orders, and building strong stakeholder rapport.
The Customer Success Manager must be passionate about delivering value to 3ME’s clients and understand the complex and evolving surface and underground, hard and soft rock mining sectors.
Additionally, you will hold significant experience and connections in mining, technology implementation and or electrification/decarbonisation industries.
What you'll be doing
Drive Sales Growth
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term commercial success across mining and electrification sectors.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Provide tailored technical advice and collaborate on quoting, budgeting, and tender responses.
Market & Business Development
Conduct market research, attend industry events, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
CRM & Reporting
Manage CRM systems, maintain accurate sales records, and streamline internal processes.
Strategic Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and marketing teams to support business growth.
Grant & Investment Engagement
Identify grant opportunities and engage with potential project partners to support strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience in sales, or business development within mining, defence or electrification industries.
Technical aptitude and ability to engage with engineering and operational teams.
Knowledge of industry standards, procurement protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in battery technology or integrations of third-party products into new or existing plant.
