We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team in Kilsyth Vic.

Must have experience working with all forms of turning and programing with ferrous and non ferrous metals.

This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machining principles, the ability to operate and program CNC milling and lathe machines, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Perform machine setup, tool changes, and part inspections

Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience operating CNC milling and lathe machines

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling

Commitment to safety and quality.
