We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, mill, router, etc.)

Load raw materials and ensure machine calibration

Monitor machine operations to detect issues or malfunctions

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Document production data and maintain job records

Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

1+ years of experience operating CNC machinery (or willing to train for entry-level positions)

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with G-code and CNC software is a plus

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
