🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating large conventional/manual lathes
• Cutting threads, working to fine tolerances, using steadies
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Keeping your bay clean, safe and efficient

✅ What You’ll Need

• Solid experience on conventional/manual lathes
• Confident with large, precision work
• Can read drawings and work unsupervised
• Reliable, switched-on, and ready to work
