The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and hard-working individual with experience as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator. Joining a small team with positive culture, the position is a terrific opportunity for the successful candidate to not only contribute their experience and knowledge but to also learn from a highly skilled team in a supportive environment.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

Daily operation of a Concrete Boom Pump

Supervise and instruct hose hands

Completion of relevant and mandatory OH&S documentation

Maintaining the equipment to a high and job ready standard

General duties, when required or requested

Work on various job sites and in accordance with relevant Safety, Health and Environment Work Method Statements

Executing client requirements in a safe and timely manner

Representing our company in a professional manner

Skills & Experience

Current HR Licence for truck

Boom Operating Licence

Physically fit

Mechanically minded

White Card

Able to pass drug and alcohol tests when required

Ability to work within a team environment

Positive attitude

Good problem solving skills

Candidates will need to be available to work from Monday to Saturday. Start and finish times will vary day to day, as this is the nature of the industry and project requirements.
