Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and philanthropic partnerships.

Identify and cultivate diverse revenue streams including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, bequests, and grants.

Activate and mentor volunteers in fundraising initiatives to maximise impact.

Enhance DRWS’s digital and social media fundraising presence.

Build strong relationships with government, corporate, philanthropic, and community stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and DBCA requirements.

Monitor fundraising performance and report to the Management Committee.

What We’re Looking For:

Fundraising experience in not-for-profit or environmental organisations.

Demonstrated success in executing fundraising strategies and donor stewardship.

Experience engaging and managing volunteers in fundraising activities.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strategic thinker with operational capability and a passion for wildlife conservation.
