ROLE OVERVIEW:

We're seeking an Account Manager / Sales Representative who's competitive, motivated, and hungry to help us dominate the real estate marketing industry (world domination follows soon after 🌎).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop & implement high growth strategies

Manage sales pipelines and close deals

Nurture trusted relationships with our clients

Proactively identify ways to improve our customer experience

Conduct quarterly account reviews to ensure satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

Confidence in cold-calling & setting meetings

Awesome communication skills & a flair for creativity (we are a marketing agency after all)

Someone who values development & growth, both professionally and personally

High level of self-accountability

2+ years' experience preferred but not required

$70k Base + Super + Commissions & Bonuses (UNCAPPED)
