What your day will look like….

Your day will be a blend of strategic influence and collaborative leadership. You'll engage with Executive leaders to provide expert advice on workforce planning, using data insights to guide decisions that shape the future of care delivery. You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and wellbeing, while overseeing the development of planning tools and governance frameworks. Whether you're crafting high-level briefs, analysing workforce trends, or building partnerships across the organisation, your work will be deeply connected to improving outcomes for both staff and patients. Every interaction will be an opportunity to influence positive change and drive innovation across Darling Downs Health.
