You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and wellbeing, while overseeing the development of planning tools and governance frameworks. Whether you're crafting high-level briefs, analysing workforce trends, or building partnerships across the organisation, your work will be deeply connected to improving outcomes for both staff and patients.
