Due to exponential growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are now seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Manager for an exciting new leadership role. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling services, and enhancing both practitioner and patient experiences.

This senior leadership position requires proven expertise in healthcare operations combined with strong business and commercial acumen.

Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Practitioners and the wider teams, you will optimise daily workflows, improve business performance and uphold clinical standards — all while supporting growth and service innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategy and daily management across clinical service delivery

Build and manage workflows that ensure compliance, efficiency, and exceptional patient experience

Collaborate with medical practitioners and internal teams to support high-quality consultations and continuity of care

Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of clinical and support staff

Identify and execute on commercial opportunities to improve margins, service volumes, and operational scalability

Monitor and optimise KPIs, patient flow, service utilisation, and practitioner productivity

Work closely with the wider executive team to support strategic initiatives and business transformation

Requirements

Proven background in healthcare operations, clinical service management, or a senior leadership role within a relevant discipline

Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and service workflows

Commercially aware, data-driven and process-oriented with strong business and financial acumen

Adept at leading people

Confident collaborating with medical professionals and clinical stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
