Looking for a welcoming clinic that truly values its team? We're on the lookout for a warm, organised and reliable Receptionist to join the team. Award wage with casual loading.
About the Role
This is a people-first position — you’ll be the first face clients see, helping to create a calm and professional environment from the moment they arrive. Day-to-day, you’ll manage bookings, greet clients, take payments, support the practitioners and help the clinic run smoothly.
Available shifts include
Monday 1pm - 7pm
Tuesday 7.30am - 1.30pm
Wednesday 3pm - 7pm
Friday 7.30am - 1pm
Saturday 7.30am - 12.30pm

About You
You’re confident on the phone and in person, love helping people, and keep things running like clockwork. Ideally, you’ve worked in a medical, allied health or customer service setting before, but we’re open to all backgrounds with the right attitude.
