We currently have a valuable client requiring the services of experienced mining warehouse personnel.

The position may convert to long-term contract or permanent placements following an initial contract period.

Temporary mining position.

Possibility of long-term to permanent.

Drive in / drive out.

Drive in for 8 days / drive out for 6 days.

Accommodation and meals are provided.

Commencing immediately.

Minimum Applicant Requirements.

Only open to Western Australian residents (Drive in Drive out job).

Current Drivers Licence.

SAP experience is essential.

Previous mining stores experience with a good track record.

Licence To Perform High-Risk Work (Forklift).

Good computer skills.

Available to commence immediately.

Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.

Possess or able to able to obtain a current police clearance.

The Role:

The Supply Officer is responsible for the operation of the warehouse facilities, ensuring a high level of material availability and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the safe and correct storage of materials, maintaining the warehouse in a clean manner and the accurate issuing and receipting of materials from inventory.

Key Tasks:

Analysing, evaluating, drawing conclusions, and acting to resolve day-to-day problems encountered.

Ensuring inventory levels of assigned commodities are maintained.

Performing stocktakes and corrections.

Ensuring accurate receiving, dispatching, and binning of stock items and direct charge items into and out of the warehouse.

Managing the front counter reservation pickups.

Assisting in managing a tool store for the heavy mobile equipment fleet.
