We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation based in Perth’s inner suburbs. This is a 4+ week contract with the potential for extension, supporting a growing team that provides essential services across aged care, disability, and community sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of departments
• Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews, prepare offers and contracts, and manage onboarding compliance
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on key metrics
• Promote the organisation’s employee value proposition and referral programs

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR officer role
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous experience in the health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector (highly regarded)
• Comfortable working with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero experience is desirable)
