New Home Sales Consultant – Oran Park, NSW

Known for their innovation, momentum, and customer-first approach, they are now seeking motivated and driven sales professionals to join their expanding team in Oran Park, NSW.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients beginning their homebuilding journey. Your focus will be on building trust, qualifying buyers, and guiding them through to contract signing – all while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract
- Guide clients through the new home journey (no land sourcing required)
- Deliver an exceptional, solutions-focused customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover
- Drive sales success through follow-up, lead conversion, and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to come from the construction or building industry – what we’re after is proven sales ability, strong people skills, and career stability.
We are especially interested in candidates from:
- Retail or luxury sales
- Car sales or automotive dealerships
- New home sales associates (display home hosts, support roles)
- Real estate or property sales
- Customer service or contact centres
- Cabin crew or aviation roles with premium service focus
You’ll Need to Show:
- A stable employment history – this is a must
- Strong sales performance and goal achievement in past roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and hunger for success
- Willingness to work weekends, with time off during the week
- Your own reliable transport/car is essential for this role
