About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Para Consultant to join our supportive team at Ochre Recruitment. This role is central to ensuring our recruitment operations run smoothly and compliantly — from candidate credentialing and database management to travel coordination and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate candidate credentialing in line with Ochre Recruitment’s policies and quality standards

Manage Medicare applications, police checks and Working With Children Checks

Maintain accurate records and documentation using Salesforce and shared drives

Format CVs and assist with candidate job alerts, eDMs, SMS and email communications

Organise travel and accommodation bookings for doctors across Australia

Process client and candidate invoices in accordance with agreements and rosters

Provide general admin support to the team, including phones and postal logistics

Conduct reference checks and quarterly audits to ensure compliance

Support your colleagues with training and system knowledge

What we’re looking for

Strong administration experience – recruitment or healthcare experience is a bonus

Coaching, training and mentoring experience highly desirable

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a collaborative attitude

Ability to work across multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Clear and professional communication skills

Passion for making a difference in the healthcare space
