The Position: As the Project Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will craft and implement marketing strategies for both project-specific and corporate brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a Marketing Manager with a hands-on, process-driven approach, seeking to join a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve organizational and project objectives
• Manage marketing campaigns for new and existing developments
• Leverage relationships with external agency partners
• Schedule and maintain media channels
• Oversee eDMs and analyse performance metrics
• Research and maintain a database to support marketing strategies
• Manage communications and PR strategies for projects
• Budget management duties for project campaigns

About You:

• Experience in Project Marketing (Residential, Land Lease or similar beneficial)
• Marketing experience across residential, commercial, or similar projects/assets, or agency experience within property/construction will be considered
• Proven end-to-end campaign management experience
• Social media and content creation skills preferred
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and CMS systems beneficial
• Hands-on and proactive approach
