Join a well-established Property Development Group in the Residential Communities division on an exciting new Flagship Project!
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will drive project marketing across a pipeline of greenfield projects in regional VIC.
You will be working in a talented marketing team with strong collaboration, allowing you to further grow and develop under an experienced senior marketer!

Your daily duties will include:

• Manage all project marketing activities focused on greenfield/residential communities
• Work with a Creative and Digital Agency to support you with Collateral and Digital Execution – You will have the support to project manage and outsource, however will need to take initiative and push things forward
• Manage project marketing budget and cash-flow
• Stakeholder meetings and presenting back marketing strategies
• Manage integrity of brand identity and all associated brand assets required for market release such as, brochure, website and sales collateral
• Manage PR strategies and media releases with agency and corporate communications
• Event management and community engagement exercises including buyer engagement, project launch, VIP release and grand opening events
• Responsible for sales and marketing reporting and marketing campaign review to effectively manage ROI
• Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Project Marketing experience with a strong understanding of Land/Residential Communities/Greenfield or similar experience
• Candidates with property marketing experience across different asset classes are welcome to apply!
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
• Experience within Property Development/Construction required
• Qualifications in Marketing/Digital Media/Communications/ PR or similar preferred
• Ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
