We currently have a casual Guest Service agent vacancy to assist the Front Desk team in providing reception service to our in house guests and assisting with Hotel enquiries.

You'll learn skills in front office and accommodation reservations along with important account keeping and cashiering tasks as well as taking enquiries for events and functions.

This position is casual, approximately 25-30 hours per week, including day, afternoon and night shifts.

The Hurley Hotel Group operates 235 accommodation rooms across three locations at the Arkaba, Marion and Port Lincoln Hotels with the new 77 room Panorama Hotel due for completion in 2026.

The Arkaba Hotel recently completed renovations and it has been a stunning transformation! We have an all new bar, additional table service restaurant, casual dining area and additional function spaces. Our Sports Bar had a big update with massive bigscreen, funnel shaped curved screen around the bar, huge new outdoor area, plus digital darts and Shuffl board all added in. The function room that sits above it all at the Top of the Ark was also fully renovated including a major AV update.

All of these upgrades make the Arkaba a very desirable accommodation destination experiencing consistently very high levels of occupancy.
