We’re expanding our national Tonsley based team and on the lookout for enthusiastic Lead Schedulers who love connecting with customers and playing a vital role in their journey toward owning premium lifestyle solutions.

About the Role:
No cold calling—just warm, inbound leads!
As a Lead Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to learn more. You’ll play a critical role in understanding their needs and booking them in for a personalised in-home consultation with our Design Specialists.
This is a casual position to start, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role after 6 months based on performance.
Your responsibilities include:
• Responding to inbound phone and online enquiries
• Following a booking recipe to successfully qualify leads
• Scheduling in-home design consultations
• Building rapport and sharing excitement about our product
What You Bring:
We’re after someone who brings energy, initiative, and a willingness to learn. You’ll need to be reliable, have a great phone manner, and communicate with confidence and warmth. Experience in customer service or calendar management/scheduling is a big plus.
