About the role

We are looking for someone with a positive, motivated attitude, who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and enjoys one on one customer interaction.

We have many facets to our business from Retail and Jewellery to Personal Finance or Buying and Loaning goods, experience within any of these areas would be a welcomed asset. We are looking to add a member to our team who have the ability to learn these and add value to our business.

Previous customer service experience is essential. Retail experience is advantageous but not a requirement as we provide on the job training, complemented by an online training program.

This position will be 3 to 4 days (20-30 hrs approx.) per week with Saturday work required
