What You’ll Be Doing
As a Social Worker at Kudos, you’ll:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to children, young people, and their families
- Work alongside families and support networks to create tailored care and development plans
- Collaborate with allied health and support coordination teams to deliver integrated services
- Empower clients and caregivers through trauma-informed, strength-based practice
- Maintain clear documentation that supports outcomes, reviews, and NDIS requirements

What You’ll Bring
- A recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership.
- Experience working in disability or with children, families, and those with complex needs (or a strong interest in it).
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
- Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families.
- A driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
